Positive Paths CYP supports children and young people aged 5 to 30 with additional support needs. Our support is primarily community based, providing our members with opportunities to access a wide array of activities in a safe and inclusive way. Our support can also be delivered in the family home to provide the family with assistance or respite as well as at our Base where there is a large variety of activities available. The main aims of our service are to provide an inclusive environment where children and young people can grow in confidence, independence whilst being active and socialising.
